Complete Project Timeline
Phase 1: Estimate to Contract (1-3 days)
- Schedule and receive estimate
- Review options and pricing
- Sign contract and pay deposit
Phase 2: Pre-Installation (1-2 weeks)
- Ontario One Call utility locate (required by law)
- Material ordering and delivery
- Permit if required
Phase 3: Installation (1-5 days)
- Old fence removal if needed
- Post hole digging and concrete
- Panel/picket installation
- Gate installation
- Cleanup

Wood Privacy Fence:
- Small yard (100 ft): 1-2 days
- Average yard (200 ft): 2-3 days

Vinyl Fence:
